    We are governed by the requirements of Law 213 and the Regulations on Dispute Management and Suspension of Services of the NET, Reglamento Num. 8065 dated August 31, 2011. This to address any dispute from our clients.

    You can make the claim by filling out the form (Download Here) and sending it to our email: billing@fiberx.net or by filling out the form on the side.
